Aside from the Ireland trip, this was the ultimate trip of my life but for an entirely different reason.

This was a women's only free diving trip for a week in Raja Ampat, Indonesia, "the global epicenter of tropical marine biodiversity." I aimed to conquer a multitude of fears: flying, open ocean, strangers, being away from my husband for the first time in a decade, etc. I did it all. I was blessed and privileged enough to bring along my younger sister and share the experience with her.
